FREE SHIPPING: On all orders over $35 USD.

Express Shipping: DHL (~$40) or EMS (~$25).

Carriers: We primarily use YunExpress for its reliability. E-packet and Singapore Post are also available upon request.

2. Delivery & Processing Time

Standard Delivery: 7 - 23 business days.

Express Delivery: 3 - 7 business days.

Processing Time: Standard items ship in 1-3 business days. Custom-carved orders require extra time for handcrafted production.

Please provide a secure address. We are not responsible for loss or theft once the carrier marks the package as "Delivered."

Arrival Inspection: Please inspect your parcel upon arrival. If it appears damaged or tampered with, take photos, refuse the parcel, and contact us immediately.
