We make sure all of our products go through a quality inspection before shipping and we have policies to provide you with a prompt solution in case any issue might happen. We work to guarantee you’ll be satisfied and stay with us.

When will my order ship?
We typically ship orders within 1-3 business days after the order is placed.
 
When will my order arrive?
Standard shipping & Free Shipping (Singapore Post, E-packet or 4PX) delivery time: 7-30 days
EMS: 4-14days
DHL: 4-10days

The desired product is out of stock, what can I do?
Please contact us,  we will make a new one for you.
please note that most of our products are handmade, so we will need few days to re-process, we will send pictures of the finished product for confirmation before shipment since there will be more or less difference on gemstone and craft.


Returns & Refunds
What should I do if my item been damaged or broken?
No worries! We will issue a replacement or refund if you prvide a photo of the damaged item Within 7 days of delivery.
